Please make sure to add all the necessary people to the account as contacts. Do not use the same account for multiple people - instead, add a contact for each person.
A note on availability...players are locked out of updating their availability 24 hours before each event. Please set your availability before that time so your coach has adequate time to plan. If something comes up and you need to change your availability within 24 hours of an event, you must contact your coach directly.
You will notice that you can't see everyone else's availability - that's on purpose. If you need to coordinate a carpool, we recommend contacting people directly using the chat feature.
If you are using an Apple or Android based mobile device, PlayMetrics offers an app that allows you access to the PlayMetrics system, including mobile push notifications.
Note: Be sure to check your app notification settings on your mobile device and your PlayMetrics communication preferences to ensure push notifications are enabled. You can learn more about communication preferences by reading the article Setting communication preferences.
